Delete your R SLASH account

1. Open the R SLASH app and sign in.
2. Go to More, then tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password and, if you want, tell us why you're leaving.
4. Tap Delete my account.

Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm by email and close the account within 7 days.

• Your account closes and stops working straight away, and every device is signed out.
• Your push tokens and passkeys are deleted at once.
• Within 30 days we settle any balance you're owed. We then erase your personal data: your profile, phone number, payout details, saved customers, uploaded photos and support conversations.
• We keep the order, payment and ledger records the law requires for accounting and tax, for as long as the law requires. Any other data in them is removed.

You can't undo a deletion. If you have money in your wallet, withdraw it first. Read more in our privacy policy.
